Meet Our Staff

Samuel Forester

Sam has worked in the field of physical therapy since 1995, and a practicing physical therapist since 2000. He graduated from Louisiana College with a Bachelor's in Health and Physical Education. He has two Master's degrees, the first in 1995 in Exercise Physiology from Louisiana Tech and a second Master's of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine (Florida) for Health Sciences in 2000. Sam is an avid sports fan and enjoys running, hiking and fishing. He coaches youth sports and officiates High School Football for the Alexandria High School Football officials association officiating games throughout the state.

Benjamin "Kit' Warner

Kit has been in the field of Occupational Therapy since 2009. He has a Bachelor's degree in Health Studies as well as a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, both from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Kit has a wife and two boys. He enjoys watching basketball and football, weightlifting, and playing baseball with his kids and nephews. Kit enjoys challenges and has the desire to assist all clients with overcoming limiting factors inhibiting occupational independence and performance.
